Ticketing Sale Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all ticket purchases made through Blophers Music (“Blophers”), acting as the authorized ticketing agent on behalf of the performing artist(s) (the “Artist”) for the applicable live performance, concert, or related engagement (the “Event”).
By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket, you (“Ticket Holder”) agree, on your own behalf and on behalf of any subsequent user of the ticket, to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Ticket Usage and Restrictions
1.1 Tickets are valid solely for admission to the Event specified and may not be used for any other purpose.
1.2 Tickets, whether paid or complimentary, may not, without the prior written consent of Blophers:
- be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction platforms);
- be used for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes (including but not limited to competitions, trade promotions, or to increase demand for other goods or services).
1.3 Any ticket sold, transferred, or used in contravention of this Clause may be cancelled without refund, and the bearer may be refused entry.
2. Event Alteration, Postponement, or Cancellation
2.1 Blophers reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or terminate the Event in its sole discretion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, safety or security concerns, or government directives.
2.2 Refunds or exchanges will only be granted if the Event is officially cancelled or postponed by Blophers. Where refunds are permitted, Blophers may retain applicable booking or service fees to the extent permitted by law.
2.3 Neither Blophers nor the Artist shall be liable for any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by the Ticket Holder beyond the original ticket price.
3. Admission and Conduct
3.1 Admission to the Event is subject to the discretion of Blophers. Latecomers may be admitted only at a suitable break in the performance, as determined by Blophers.
3.2 Blophers reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any Ticket Holder, without refund or compensation, for disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or for posing a risk to safety or to the enjoyment of the Event by others.
4. Travel and Access
4.1 Travel arrangements to and from the Event are the sole responsibility of the Ticket Holder. Blophers accepts no liability for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to transportation services.
4.2 Failure to attend the Event due to transportation issues shall not entitle the Ticket Holder to a refund or exchange.
5. Ticket Replacement
5.1 Replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may be subject to a replacement fee, at Blophers’ discretion.
5.2 Blophers is not obliged to replace tickets for Events with unallocated seating or where purchaser details cannot be verified.
6. Recording, Broadcasting, and Publicity
6.1 Unauthorized photography, filming, sound recording, or other forms of media capture at the Event are strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from Blophers.
6.2 Blophers reserves the right to refuse entry to any Ticket Holder in possession of equipment capable of such recording.
6.3 The Event may be recorded, broadcast, or otherwise transmitted. By attending, the Ticket Holder consents to the capture and use of their image, likeness, and/or voice in any such media, without compensation.
7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
7.1 Attendance at the Event is at the sole risk of the Ticket Holder. By entering the venue, the Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risks incidental to the Event, whether occurring before, during, or after the performance.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Blophers nor the Artist shall be liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, or death sustained in connection with attendance at the Event.
7.3 Ticket Holders are solely responsible for managing any medical conditions that may be affected by attendance. Neither Blophers nor the Artist assumes liability for injuries or health-related incidents arising from pre-existing conditions.
8. Age Restrictions
8.1 Persons under the age of eighteen (18) should obtain parental or guardian consent before purchasing tickets through Blophers’ online platforms.
8.2 By completing a purchase, the Ticket Holder represents and warrants that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
9.2 The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Amendments
Blophers reserves the right to vary, amend, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
